30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at shop@vaegar.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return the item using a shipping carrier of your choice.

Once the return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please note that returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping is not free of charge. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
Vaegar does not provide prepaid return labels.
You may choose any shipping carrier that is most convenient or cost-effective for you. Alternatively, online purchases may be returned free of charge to the Trésorie store during opening hours:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Email shop@vaegar.com and include your order number along with photographs of the item. We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at shop@vaegar.com.
